Privacy Policy
What data Bytevon collects through this website, why, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.
Last updated · May 1, 2026Scope
This policy covers personal data processed through bytevon.com — the marketing website. It does not cover data processed inside the systems Bytevon builds and operates on behalf of a customer; that processing is governed by the services agreement and the Data Processing Addendum.
This document is a plain-language statement of current practice. It is reviewed by counsel before each material release; for the authoritative executed version applicable to your contract, contact legal@bytevon.com.
Data we collect
Information you give us: when you submit the contact or demo-request form, we collect your name, work email, company, and the message you provide. We do not ask for more than we need to reply.
Information collected automatically: privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics about page views and referrers. We do not use invasive cross-site tracking, and analytics load only after consent where required.
Why we process it
To respond to your enquiry and arrange a working session. To understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful so we can improve the site. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use form submissions to build advertising profiles.
Retention
Contact submissions are retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, then deleted or anonymised. Aggregate analytics are retained in non-identifying form.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email privacy@bytevon.com and we will respond within the timeframe your law requires.
